Primordial Structure of Massive Black Hole Clusters

چکیده
We describe a mechanism of the primordial black holes formation that can explain the existence of a population of supermassive black holes in galactic bulges. The mechanism is based on the formation of black holes from closed domain walls. The origin of such domain walls could be a result of the evolution of an effectively massless scalar field during inflation. The initial non-equilibrium distribution of the scalar field imposed by background de-Sitter fluctuations gives rise to the spectrum of black holes, which covers a wide range of masses – from superheavy ones down to deeply subsolar. The primordial black holes of smaller masses are concentrated around the most massive ones within a fractal-like cluster. CERN-PH-TH/2004-004 January 2004

Prospects for detection of primordial black holes captured in cold dark matter haloes around massive objects
The capture of cold dark matter species, and especially primordial black holes, during the formation of gravitationally bound objects is analyzed. It is shown that the best conditions for an efficient gravitational capture were at the epoch preceding the galaxy formation, when the first astrophysical objects with masses of the order of Jeans mass 105–106 M were forming. Black hole haloes around...
متن کاملPrimordial Black Holes in Phantom Cosmology
In this paper, we investigate the effects of accretion of phantom energy onto primordial black holes. Since Hawking radiation and phantom energy accretion contribute to a decrease of the mass of the black hole, the primordial black hole that would be expected to decay now due to the Hawking process would decay earlier due to the inclusion of the phantom energy. Equivalently, to have the primord...
متن کاملMassive Black Hole Binaries from Collisional Runaways
Recent theoretical work has solidified the viability of the collisional runaway scenario in young dense star clusters for the formation of very massive stars (VMSs), which may be precursors to intermediatemass black holes (IMBHs). We present first results from a numerical study of the collisional runaway process in dense star clusters containing primordial binaries. Stellar collisions during bi...
متن کاملStrong Primordial Inhomogeneities and Galaxy Formation
The new element of theory of galaxy formation, strong primordial inhomogeneities, is shown to be a reflection of unstable large scale structures of topological defects, created in second order phase transitions in the inflationary Universe. In addition to archioles-like large scale correlation of the primordial inhomogeneity of energy density of coherent scalar field oscillations, the same mech...
متن کاملPrimordial Black Holes as Dark Matter: the Power Spectrum and Evaporation of Early Structures
We consider the possibility that massive primordial black holes are the dominant form of dark matter. Black hole formation generates entropy fluctuations that adds a Poisson noise to the matter power spectrum. We use Ly-α forest observations to constrain this Poisson term in matter power spectrum, then we constrain the mass of black holes to be less than ∼ few × 10 M⊙. We also find that structu...
